What you can send
1
A painting, a drawing, a photograph. Send one good picture of it and the title you gave it.
2
A poem, a short piece of writing, or something you realized that changed how you paint.
3
A recipe, a project, an idea somebody could follow on a Sunday afternoon.
The lead story
You've made something a reader would be glad to find in the mail.
The Dreamers Collective is an eight-page paper I print and mail every month, and I don't fill it on my own. I fill it with what dreamers send me. Paintings, drawings, poems, a recipe worth passing on, a thing you figured out how to make.
Every piece that runs carries the name of the person who sent it, right there on the page next to the title they gave it. That's the part I love. Somebody's art, in somebody else's hands, on a kitchen table in a house they'll never visit.
The call for Issue No. 3 is open right now, and the theme is Patience. Send me something you've made and it could be on one of those eight pages when the paper mails in October.

One question before the form opens on this page.
Send your submissionI have it. I'll write to you by September 27, 2026 either way.
Thank you
Now I know what to send you. Keep an eye on your inbox.
Send your submissionOne more thing
Most of us have a piece we keep coming back to, and a voice that says it isn't ready yet. That's the one I want.
If your piece is selected, it gets printed on paper, with your name beside the title you chose, and mailed to people who have been waiting all month for that envelope. Your art ends up in houses you'll never visit.
Not everything fits. Eight pages only holds so much, and I'd rather you know that going in. The paper exists because people send things, so the only piece that definitely doesn't run is the one you never send.
So pick it. Photograph it in good light. Give it the title you actually want printed. And send it before you can talk yourself out of it.
